Testimonials
Rich, your work is impeccable! You are a true master of
woodwork and an all
around
talented handyman. I appreciate the time and focus you placed
on
every
detail of your work.
We've
worked with plenty of contractors this year (oh boy!), but you're by
far the
most honest and hardworking person we've hired, and it shows in the
quality of
everything you've done in our home. You're always going to be
in
my speed
dial and the first person I will contact for all our future
home
improvements. --- Gina L top of Day Creek. Lennar Homes
Rich
you did an incredible job on my house. Though I'm not surprised.
You
take pride in your work and you are a perfectionist. --- Darlene D.

Rich
Venturelli is the most honest
contractor we have ever had. We completely
remodeled our house inside
and out and he did most of the work. There isn't anything
he can't do
and he does it all to perfection. You are welcome to come by
and see
for yourself.
We are happy with the work he did and would recommend
him highly. --- Ernie M.

Thanks Rich. The cabinet looks great and we are so happy with it. The knobs
seem really secure to me. Just got an antique desk today, now to get rid of the
old one...maybe craigslist! Hope your job goes well. Thanks again for doing
such a great job!

ADDITIONAL PICTURES OF
OTHER WORK ON THE SAME HOUSE
Rec Room, Bonus Room, Game Room or whatever it's called these days.

Wish I had taken a before picture of this room but this was the room
used to store all furniture
and housewares from other
rooms during the remodel. The walls had layers of ugly
wallpaper,
this corner had a pot belly stove with real brick back wall.
The
ceiling had four 6x8 beams
and the floor was half carpet and a water
damaged wood floor.

I took out 6x8 beams and installed new drywall over old drywall. This
was originally the garage and
was converted to Rec. Room years ago.
When looked at from the street you cannot tell it was
a conversion.
Installed crown molding, paint, new electrical receptacles and switchs,
checker
board ceramic tile and Attic Fan. I still have to install the
trim and ceiling light fixtures.
BACK PATIO
This area was suppose to have been done by another Contractor but he
didn't finish, and eventually
ripped off the homeowner of a
considerable amount of money. Other contractors job consisted
of, new
patio cover and new deck off pool area. I originally was not going to
do any outside
work only because I was busy on the inside of the house.
The homeowner asked if I would
complete what had been started. The old
surface was astro
turf glued down
to concrete slab. It all had to be removed which
was a job in itself.
