I was born in San Jose California. Moved when I was 12 to New Jersey where I graduated High School. After Graduating I move to Englewood, Colorado. Had a few odd jobs before entering into the Real Estate business. Started buying old dilapidated houses and vacant land and building new homes. Then the Oil Crises hit and the interest rates soared, bringing my house building to a halt. That’s when I got into the new and verging CATV upstart. Not many know but this is where CATV started and I worked for the guy that basically started the CATV industry.

I have lived in Rancho Cucamonga since 1976. At that time, I started a cable construction company known as Prime Time Cable. I obtained a General A Contractor License for my business. When I was younger and living in New Jersey, I helped a friend’s father build houses during the summers while I was in high school. After graduating from high school, I moved to Colorado, where I got into the cable TV business. I was later transferred to Fullerton, California, to work on a cable installation company startup. Eventually, I started my own company, and it took off. I retired and sold my company in 1990. In 1995, I decided to start a handyman company, before there were many handyman businesses in Rancho Cucamonga. It has kept me busy ever since. I enjoy interacting with customers and seeing their reactions when I complete their projects, whether large or small. I’m a one-man show. While I once managed as many as 100 employees in my cable TV business, I don’t want to deal with that again.
